7. Cowen House

A unique co-ed residence with separate wings for girls and boys, providing our Grade 12 students with a glimpse of univeristy-style living. With 25,000 square feet on 3 levels, the residence will have a capacity of 60 beds.

Each wing will have an apartment for a house director and assistant house director. The ground floor lounge will be co-ed and offer seating, a television and a fireplace. There will also be separate lounges on the basement level for boys and for girls.
